Schedule

Typical Day at Camp:

8-8:30 - Check in (early check in may be available upon request)
8:30 - Stretching, Exercise, sunscreen application, and PISC Surfing “Core Class”
9:15 - Time to see what you've got in the water!
10:15 break for water
10:30 back in the water for more surfing
11:30 Lunch
12:15 free surf with instructors and/or beach games
1:45 Beach clean-up and closing educational discussions
2:15 Product raffle for campers (Fridays) Raffle tickets given based on trash pick-up, most improved, and discussion questions.
2:30 Day camp over (extended stay may be available upon request)

Packing List

Bring your own lunch, or we can provide it $5
Board shorts and bathing suits (and pack an extra)
Sandals
Towel
Refillable water bottle
Sun Screen and other sun protection items ( rash guards and sunscreen will be provided a well)
Sun Glasses or Hats
Snack

5 Day Surf Camps :$295 - Monday – Friday: 8:30- 2:30 1 Day of Surf Camp:* $70/day - Monday – Friday: 8:30 - 2:30 SATURDAYS: $70/day - 9:30 - 2:30 Girl’s Surf Clinic: $60 – One Saturday a month After School Surf Program: $30 – Thursdays 4-6:30pm

Billabong Girl's Surf Camp $70

Don’t miss our "Billabong Women's Surf Camps". Come out for a day of fun in the sun and learn to surf. This is a ladies only event, all ages welcome, so moms bring your daughters. Surfboards and lunch are provided and everyone gets a special Billabong goodie bag for women including a T-shirt, and other goodies from our sponsors. This is a very popular event and space is limited so call to reserve your spot today.

Group Camps

Group camps are the perfect way to reward your team, club, or organization. Padre Island Surf Camp will customize your surfing experience to best accommodate the needs of your group. Whether it is a team of baseball players, your church group, corporate event, or a group of scouts, PISC will make sure everyone is buzzing about what you did for them until you bring them back!

Private Lessons

This is a 1.5 hour private lesson with one-on-one personal attention from one instructor. Learn at your own pace. Private lessons can range from beginners to advanced training. Our instructors are the best surfers around, many compete in the TGSA (TGSA) and are capable of training at all levels. This personal attention will get you surfing in no time! Longer private lessons can be arranged, call for a quote.

After School Surf Camp

Texas State Aquarium Visit

PISC is excited to announce that we have partnered up with the Texas State Aquarium ! We will be offering the kids an opportunity to get a private, guided, tour through the aquarium, along with access to their new outdoor water playground! It is not mandatory, and a minimum of 4 kids need to be willing to make the trip for us to go. It could be any day, Tuesday-Thursday, and the parents will have notification. We will provide transportation from Benjamin’s Surf Shop (see our transportation page for directions), and lunch will also be taken care of. You can sign up as an option on the registration page. You children will be returned to Benjamin’s Surf Shop at the normal tie surf camp would get there, 2:45.
