Ryan is a native of the South Texas Coast, and editor of the Texas Surf Calendar. Originally trained as a professional photographer at the Brooks Institute in California, his work has brought him back to Texas, and he is proud to be PadreIsland Surf Camp’s Director for 2012. An avid surfer and outdoor enthusiast, Ryan has documentedadventures on the beaches of Baja, to the coast of British Columbia.
